Throw the following ingredients into a pot:
3 yellow onions-chopped
3 red peppers-chopped
3 jalapeno peppers-remove seeds and dice
3 cloves of garlic-minced
3 cans of beans (great northern, black and garbanzo)
3 pounds ground turkey-browned in a skillet and drained
Few cups of beef stock
3 cups of diced tomatoes
The rest to taste:
chili powder, cumin, coriander, thyme, basil, salt pepper…I think that’s all that made it into the pot.
Mix it all together and let it simmer for a few hours.
