Chili time o’ the year

A football game on TV, raining outside (without lightning), pumpkins and cranberries at the grocery market; it must be fall. That means chili. This year its high in fiber and low in fat.

3 yellow onions, 3 red peppers, 3 jalapeno peppers, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 beans (great northern, black and garbanzo), 3 pounds ground turkey, 3 cups of diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, coriander, thyme, basil, beef stock, salt pepper…I think that’s all that made it into the pot.¬† Or try this very easy recipe by someone who actually measures stuff..http://recipes.howstuffworks.com/three-bean-turkey-chili-recipe.htm
